After a brief break from business – Mark continues to operate in their other business ventures, while Carol has returned to breathe new life into this property and revived the décor in her own stylish and personalized way – bringing to the business, her extensive experience in management and operations while overseeing every aspect of the lodge with passion and a keen eye for detail. With a flair for table decor and food styling combined with her wholesome and rustic “home cooking” style which she occasionally prepares for guests.
